  • Ability to review documents, emails and other files relevant to the case.
  • Clean, simple interface that will be familiar to users of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • We can also scan and upload printed documents as requested.

Full Indexing

  • Full-text indexing of metadata and content from electronic files. We support hundreds of email and file types including Microsoft Office 2007.

De-duplication and Culling of Unwanted Files

  • De-NISTing of non-user file types such as system files so that they are not indexed.
  • Multiple options for de-duplication. We can de-duplicate files based upon content, file name or other parameters. We can de-duplicate mail boxes based upon custodian or other methods such as a unique mail identifier.

Analysis and Culling

  • We offer search capabilities such as fuzzy searching, Boolean arguments, date ranges, email sender, email receiver and you can combine complex searches.
  • For example, you could search for all mails sent between Bob and Mary between March and May.

Review and Markup

  • Ability to mark documents, emails and files for privilege and other notations as per your requirements.
  • Using our non-linear review model, instead of assigning tags to documents, you assign documents to tag. It’s simple to assign a tag to a batch of documents.
  • Easily assign tags such as “privileged”, “relevant” or “non-relevant”. You can assign custom tags simply.
  • Files are displayed either in native format, XML or PDF view.
