Our computer expert witnesses have over 20 years of computer litigation experience and nearly 50 years of experience in the computer industry. We have worked in hundreds of cases and examined literally thousands of hard drives.

 

We have rendered computer forensic expert testimony in Federal Courts, and California State Courts. In addition, we have rendered opinions about electronic evidence discovery at depositions, FINRA, NASD and other arbitrations, hearings, and mediations.

Our computer expert possess advanced degrees such as MSCS Master of Computer Science, Masters with Specialty in Instructional Technology, and multiple computer forensic and security certifications such as the CCE, (Certified Computer Examiner) and CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).

Sherry Katz

  • Ms. Katz is Director of Electronic Discovery. She has testified at depositions, and FINRA arbitrations and is an attorney admitted to the California Bar. She was a Partner at Graham & James and also served as General Counsel and CIO at 101communications. She holds an EnCE certification.

Eric Robi

  • Mr. Robi is President and has testified at trials, hearings and depositions. He is an instructor of Computer Forensics at California State University Fullerton, Extended Education. He holds a Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) certification.
